OUR WINE WORKOUT
That you don't really want to go outside with this rainy weather, we understand. Still want to get some exercise and stay in shape? Then follow our Wine Workout! Who would have thought that wine and exercise go so well together?
Wat heb je nodig voor deze Wine Workout? Een matje, een fles wijn (liefst een volle fles als je al je flessen nog niet hebt leeggedronken) en een beetje doorzettingsvermogen.
The first exercise you start with is a variation of the 'Russian Twist'. You settle down on a mat on a towel and you bring your feet off the ground and try to keep them there. You transfer your hands, including your bottle, from one side to the other. You do this 25 times.
For the next exercise, first lie on your back. Stretch your legs and arms as you inhale. As you breathe out, bring your legs and arms to your waist. Do this 15 times.
The next exercise is called 'In & Out'. Balance on your rear and keep your legs bent above the ground. As you extend your legs, also move your back back. After this, pull your legs back in and also come back to the first position with your upper body. Do this 20 times.
Ben je klaar met de oefeningen en dacht je ervan af te zijn? Jammer! Herhaal Stap 1 tot en met 3 nog twee keer.
Now you are done with the work out! Reward yourself with a good glass of wine.... Or a bottle!
