Naturaleza Salvaje Clarete is a Spanish white wine that is organic and vegan. The wine is made from one grape variety: garnacha. Both blue and white grapes are used in this wine, fermented together to make one amphora.
The wine is produced north of the Bardenas Reales desert (Navarre). The climate in this region, characterised by very dry weather and a large temperature difference between day and night, promotes grape production and produces grapes with a highly concentrated flavour.
During the production process and cultivation of the grapes, as few chemical elements technological aids as possible are used. The wine matures for 6 months in amphora barrels.

TASTING PROFILE: Naturaleza Salvaje Clarete is a fresh, light and balanced wine with sweet and fruity aromas of red fruit and rose. The wine has a very nice texture and goes well with appetisers, seafood, vegetarian dishes, light meat dishes.
