Bassin Brut is a Spanish sparkling wine made by Carlos Ruben. Ruben uses the garnacha grape to make this wine, both the Spanish and the French version.
TASTING NOTES: Fine bubbles with floral aromas and violet and pineapple on the nose. The wine has a nice mouth feeling with a perfect balance between alcohol, acidity and sugar.
