Always a surprise of stature as Cubardi is the textbook example for a wine with a strong backbone of playful acidity. Primitivo always lays a powerful accent in its character of sweet blue plums, ripe figs and oriental spices but this wine does not miss the mark due to the grateful presence of fraîcheur resulting in: a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness.
