Nouvelle Vague Red is a French organic red wine that consists of 4 grape varieties: syrah, cinsault, carignan and grenache. The wine is made in the south of France by Gregory Hecht & François Bannier.
In the 2000s, Hect and Bannier set up a boutique winery that, through its production method, differentiates itself from other wineries and is therefore seen as the nouvelle vague (the new wave). Their mission is to make quality wines from organically grown grapes. The wines they produce are also never clarified.
TASTE PROFILE: Nouvelle Vague Red has a beautiful carmine red color. On the nose you get aromas of red berries and then spicy nuances. In the mouth this is a very pleasant, fresh and balanced wine of daily pleasure.
