Le Poirier Noir is a French red wine that consists entirely of pinot noir. The wine is made by Jérémie Huchet in north-western France near Nantes.
Jérémie's vineyards are not far from the Loire. All of Jérémie's vines are grown sustainably and the wines he makes are filtered very lightly in order to preserve and respect the richness of the grapes.
TASTY PROFILE: Le Poirier Noir has aromas of cherries with spicy and roasted notes. On the palate it is a fruity, soft and juicy wine with balanced and structured flavours.
