Segreto di Bianca is an Italian white wine from Salento (Puglia) that consists entirely of the fiano grape. The wine is made by winery Maseria Cuturi, who have been making wine since 1881, making them one of the oldest wineries in the region.
TASTING PROFILE: Segreto di Bianca is a very dry white wine. The wine is characterized by intense Mediterranean aromas of citrus, yellow fruit and apple. In the mouth it is a very mineral, rich and fruity wine that is slightly salty in the aftertaste. The wine goes very well with fish dishes, vegetarian dishes and with an aperitif.
