This Australian white wine comes from the Eden Valley and consists entirely of roussanne. The wine is made by winery Yalumba, one of the oldest wineries in Australia.
TASTING PROFILE: This is a very flavorful and textured exotic wine with wild flower aromas such as chamomile, lavender and rose on the nose. In the mouth it is a soft wine with aromas of white peach, vanilla, kumquat, grapefruit, almond and honey.
