- 75ml gotto Prosecco
- Dash of sparkling water

- Put ice in a wine glass
- Add equal parts Aperol and Prosecco
- Add a splash of sparkling water
- Finish dried orange wheel
mimosa
Ingredients:
- 70ml Jean sélèque brut champagne
- 40ml Fresh orange juice
Preparation:
- Add everything in a champagne flute
- Finish with orange zest
Poinsettia
Ingredients:
- 15ml Cointreau
- 60ml Cranberry juice
- 60ml Jean sélèque brut champagne
Preparation:
