My first book focussed on the basics of wine. Listening to some of the readers motivation behind wanting to learn more about wine, I realised that people more than anything just want to know what wine to pick with what they eat. So I partnered up with a true foodie and kitchen creative Maria-Laura De Loore for beautiful photography and inspiring recipes. Because let’s face it, the best way to learn about food and wine is to crack some bottles and get your pots and pans out.
