What can the recipient expect?
The first wine box is sent immediately so that the lucky recipient can quickly enjoy the first wines. After that, the recipient receives a wine box every month
Is my subscription automatically renewed?
No! Gift subscriptions are never automatically renewed. They are single orders. Once the subscription has ended, you can buy a new gift subscription - or the recipient can become a member themselves to continue receiving our delicious wines!
When will my first box be sent?

Typically, boxes ship within 1 business day from the order date!

Where do you deliver to?

Currently, we deliver to Belgium and The Netherlands. We're expanding, however, so your country may be next ;)

Can I cancel anytime?

Our month-to-month memberships are commitment-free, meaning you can cancel anytime! We simply ask for 30 days' notice because we custom order your wines from our winemakers! With our prepay memberships you can cancel before your next renewal to keep the membership from renewing further.

Is my subscription automatically renewed?
A gift subscription is a one-time purchase and will NOT be renewed. If you take out a subscription for yourself or your family, it will be renewed according to the chosen term. Monthly, 6-monthly or annually.
How do I stop my subscription?
You can cancel yourself via your account. Or send us an email if you can't find it at hello@ourdailybottle.com
