La Roche Percée is a French white wine made by the wine company Alma Cersius, a small cooperative firm of various winemakers from the south of France. Alma Cersius strives to make affordable wines of top quality, a mission for which they already received 60 gold medals.
The wine is made in the Languedoc Roussillon region and is made from Roussanne, a grape varietal mostly popular in the Rhône (but it can however also be found in other places such as Languedoc).
TASTING NOTES: La Roche Percée is characterised by a complex nose of citrus and white fruits. It is a rond and jucy wine with an intense freshness.
