TASTE PROFILE: Bertè & Cordini - Buttafuoco is a drier wine with a deep red cherry color. On the nose you can expect aromas of violets. In the mouth it is a well-structured wine that is not super tannic. The wine goes well with red meat, game dishes and mature cheese.
