Bertè & Cordini - Buttafuoco is an Italian red wine from Oltrepo Pavese in the norhteren province of Pavia. Buttafuoco is a red blend of croatina, barbera, ughetta and uva rara.
TASTING NOTES: Bertè & Cordini - Buttafuoco is a somewhat dry wine with a deep cherry colour. The nose is characteristed by aroma's of panies. It is a well structured wine with few tannins. It pairs well with red meat, game dishes and old cheese.
