Crux Extra Malbec is an Argentinian red wine made exclusively from malbec. The wine is produced by Alfa Crux, a family company from the Mendoza region.
The grapes are manually harvested. First, a maceration takes place for 48 hours and then the alcoholic fermentation begins at a controlled temperature. The juice is then separated from the skins and the wine goes to stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels for about 10 months.
TASTING NOTES: Crux Extra Malbec is characterised by spicy aroma's of red fruits, vanilla and pansies. It is the perfect wine for grill dishes and red meat.
