Domein Cuvelier Blanc de Biz is a Belgian sparkling wine that consists entirely of chardonnay. The wine is made by domain Cuvelier in Borgloon.
Domain Cuvelier planted the first vines in the year 2000. Today Domain Cuvelier has about 12,500 vines on an area of 2.5 hectares, from which approximately 20,000 bottles of wine come annually.
This sparkling wine is produced in a traditional way and is aged 'sur lattes' for 18 months.
