A Greek odyssey in a glass. This wine, made from 100% Roditis, an indigenous Greek grape variety, comes from the vineyards of Mycenae in the PGI region of Peloponnese. The wine has a pale lemon hue and is intensely aromatic with fresh hints of grapefruit and melon, combined with a sharp acidity. The grapes are picked and sorted by hand, and undergo skin contact fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a constant low temperature, which contributes to the freshness and purity of the wine.
