Nouvelle Vague White is a French organic white wine made from the piquepou blanc and chardonnay grape. The wine is made in the south of France by Gregory Hecht & François Bannier.
In the 2000s, Hect and Bannier set up a boutique winery that, through its production method, differentiates itself from other wineries and is therefore seen as the nouvelle vague (the new wave). Their mission is to make quality wines from organically grown grapes. The wines they produce are also never clarified.
TASTE PROFILE: Nouvelle Vague White quite a light yellow color. The piquepoul blanc provides a crisp and lively character, mixed with the floral and brioche notes of chardonnay. The aromatic pallet gives a delicious volume in the mouth. A fine organic wine.
GRAPE: PIQUEPOUL BLANC, CHARDONNAY
