Fat Lady Sauvignon Blanc is a South-African white wine made exclusively from sauvignon blanc. The wine is made in the Upper Hemel-en-Aarde valley by the Hasher Family Estate.
Hasher Family Estate is run by 2 Belgians who moved to South-Africa a few years back. They implement sustainable agriculture and for this reason try to keep intervening in the vineyards or the wine cellar to a minimum.

TASTING NOTES: Fat Lady Sauvignon Blanc is an elegant and mineral wine with crisp aromas of gooseberries, bell pepper and tropical fruit. The wine pairs well with salads, fish dishes and goat cheese.
The taste of the wine is defined by the cool and maritime location of the vineyards. The altitude of the location, the soil texture and the south western hill give extra complexity and represent the essence of the vineyard.
