For this wine, only the grapes coming from the south-facing vineyards are used. The grapes are therefore perfectly ripe. Complete fermentation on inox and an aging, in bottle, of at least 8 months before release on the market. Surprisingly fine and elegant. Definitely firm, but with finesse, like all Coume Lumet wines.
