This organic wine is a blend of very old vines of Carignan from Corbières, refreshing Syrah and Grenache from the south of Roussillon, and fresh Cinsault from high-altitude vineyards in the Minervois. The wine has a beautiful carmine red color and upon opening reveals aromas of red berries, followed by spicy nuances. In the mouth the wine is immediately enjoyable, fresh and well balanced, a bottle full of daily pleasure.
