In the 18th century, disobedient monks from Montserrat Abbey were sent to L'Aranyó, a harsh place with an extreme climate. There they accidentally discovered a special terroir for an exceptional wine. Legend has it that large wine barrels mysteriously disappeared, possibly brought to heaven by angels.
The Purgatori 2015 treats you to a rich, deep taste. Think dark cherries, with complex aromas of ripe berries and a hint of spiciness, followed by an elegant, lingering finish. Its full body and velvety tannins make this wine a true experience.
